It was my first trip to La Crosse, and it started with checking in to our 7th floor room with a GORGEOUS view overlooking the the Mississippi River and across to the state of Minnesota! The staff was friendly and helpful. Despite their website stating that the pool and fitness center were closed, they were actually available. We just had to book a time to use the pool. When you book a time, you get the pool and hot tub all to yourself for 45 minutes. The hotel is downtown directly in the middle of all sorts of shopping, restaurants and art galleries. As I mentioned a minute ago, you'll also want to take time to stroll through the park and along the river immediately across the street. We got to the Radisson late in the day, and then had business to do in a nearby city the next day, so we only stayed overnight. A decision we regret! Next time, we will plan to stay at AT LEAST a couple days! Oh...and the beds were comfortable as well! Let me show you a few pictures, including the AMAZING view from our room.
