    Can't really do anything here other then start an account. They say they cant unlock a phone or cancel a plan here. Went back in and even heard them bragging about how they didn't even say it in a nice way... I thought it was comical. This place should advertise that they are only an authorized retailer.

    William and Nolan made switching our service and phones over to them quick and easy. Our bill is actually cheaper now and we love our new phones.

    0 should be an option as I received 0 help on getting my billing resolved. I traded in 2 iPhones and only received credit for 1. Customer service says no 2nd phone was submitted in the deal and to contact the store. Ive left messages for Alex( manager) have not received any notice that things ate being fixed. It has to be fixed on the stores end, but this store doesnt know what theyre doing.
