I called Katie when we were thinking of selling our house last year. She came over with an analysis of our home that was really informative. She was extremely friendly and very knowledgeable. We ultimately put our plans on hold when I had wrist surgery. I was so surprised when I received a gift certificate for pizza. That was a personal touch that matters and shows what type of person she is. When we sell, this will be my one and only call.

Adriane and Michelle went above and beyond to help us purchase a home from out of state, no small undertaking! They were most professional and forthright in all they did in looking for a property, and superb with referrals to get financing in place, we can't sing their praises enough!

Ginger Ramsey was amazing! We needed to sell my moms house very quickly, due to her moving into a nursing home under hospice care. Ginger actually helped us move things out of moms house, brought in furniture to stage the house, and was able to get an offer in one week! My mom passed away before the closing, which added an additional challenge, but Ginger handled all the changes to paperwork and the closing went as scheduled. Ginger is a professional realtor, as well as an amazing, compassionate person, and I would recommend her to anyone needing real estate help!

If I could give 10 stars I would! Our Shine agents truly made us feel as if they were as excited as we were in both selling and buying. The whole process was professional, smooth and, honestly, a whole lot of fun!

If you want the best of the best, go to RE/MAX Shine! We couldn't have picked a better agency to work in purchasing our first home. Adriane listened to our wants and needs from the first time we met her and stuck with us every step of the way. She is brilliant, confident, professional, bubbly, responsive, an expert at what she does and has a great energy that you just can't help but love being around her. Despite being busy, successful and involved in the community, she made us feel like we were the only clients she was working with any time we requested a showing or sought her advice. She taught us patience with the process without dismissing our feelings when it didn't go the way we hoped.
