        Went in and was called 30 minutes after I checked in at the desk. Saw Dr. Jordan who was understanding and very helpful!

        Went in first thing in the morning. Got in back and got to xray pretty quick and that's when the wait started. I was waiting for an hour to get the results before I pushed the call button to see what was taking so long. Doc comes back saying they person that reads the xray isn't answering the phoneso she sent me time with a script for what she "thinks" is wrong with me. Never going back.

        The wait was ridiculous!!! Checked in at 4 I was told 30-45 minutes. After an hour they called me back. I then waited in the room ANOTHER 30 minutes just to see the dr for 1 minute. 1 minute is all it took for her to treat me. Crazy ridiculous I had to waste 2 hours of my day to get antibiotic eye drops.

        This is the best experience Ive ever had in any system Ive been too. I was seen in a timely manner & actually felt heard. They were able to make a plan for me & felt my anxiety get better about my ordeal. They were great with explaining everything to me & felt actual compassion. It felt like a team to me. I was able to get a follow up appointment made too. Out of all the ERs & Urgent Cares Ive been too & even my PCP; I felt taken care of.

Please note that our medical staff is obligated to attend to the most serious cases first.If the holiday falls on a weekday, the hours are 8 am to 2 pm. If the holiday fall on a weekend, the hours are 7 am to 1 pm.
