        non-responsive and rude call staff. literally asking for help and getting treated like a dog. not surprised, its just jarring when juxtaposed with the purpose of the service you are providing

        Not helpful at all. I filled out an application a month ago and since have lost my kids socials. There's nothing they can do. Can't look at my other application to get them.. That would be to easy. My 2 year old twin boys live with me. My energy got shut off so we freezing. They can't help at all. And it will be like 2 months before I can get a replacement social Security card. Beyond unhappy and completely pointless. Don't even waste your time. They don't do their jobs.
