        I was very impressed with the quality of the units I toured. The pictures I viewed online matched the real life viewed units. No photo shops. Which is very important to me. Michelle was pleasant lady

        My first time renting from Spaulding was in Sep 2021 and I stayed with them moving from property to property just off of how wonderful the management is and all their properties are gorgeous. In 2023, one of the properties were sold and I just had to get back with Spaulding as things were not the same anymore. Now 2024, I am back, and even happier than before. Parisa is the Madison property manager and she does an outstanding job and helped me and my family with a beautiful 3 bedroom duplex. If you havent checked out Spaulding, what are you waiting for?! Be the next in line to be placed in a beautiful home for you and your family, and while youre at it, ask for Parisa. Shes great!
