Double billing is their middle name. They do not write complete work orders but they bill you for the labor parts anyway. Then they send them back out to complete the work and want to bill you again. Then they waited 4 months and tried to bill you again with a corrected work order but no mention that previous work order/payment. I have the cancelled check and will be reporting them to the state of WI. The office staff runs interference I don't know if they owner is aware of just how crooked or stupid the office staff is and do not think I could ever be allowed to speak to owner. OH and they turned me over to collection for a bill four months old I paid. And they changed the w/o notifying me of the worker and tried to double bill 2 trips.. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS THEY ARE CROOKS.

Started a job did not complete it. Charged a lot of money. That 50.00 fee to drive three miles is just wrong. Do not give bill at time of completion must wait then charge even more for Credit Card processing. I'm not impressed.

Very professional. Fixed my issue quickly & left everything nice and clean.

I've used them a couple times and they are quick to get out and get it done. They get 5 stars for that even though the work isn't always always perfect. Just had them over and the shower valve was tilted some and the shower head lead pipe was out of level by a half inch over 3 feet. Small gripe, but for some people that might be big deal.
