I am in love with a shovel! Your "Root Slayer/ Mini Digger" has changed my gardening life! I am 83 with arthritic knees and poor balance. I love working in my garden, but I can't use a normal shovel to dig planting holes. Your shovel allows me to dig from a sitting position. Whoever invented this shovel is a genius! Ordered a dog coat for my moms dog. Ended up being too small for him, our fault really for not sizing up on a close measurement. Tried to return and company sent one out right away, no questions asked and said we could donate the small one to the local humane society or ASPCA. What a great company, thanks gemplers! New one fits perfect.

We order online with them and they seem to always have what we need for garden design business! I am here in Seattle, Wa and I don't always find what I need here, and have to run around to different places. Here I can get good quality boots to Silky saw blades all in one place at pretty good prices!

This was the first time I purchased something from Gemplers. I ordered some boots, got them same week. I made an error when I ordered, called and customer service was great. I even received a free hat that I was able to choose for spending over a certain amount. Great store

I ordered a jacket from this company on a whim. This particular jacket was out of stock at every local shop I searched. I did receive emails stating that my jacket was on back order and after waiting a few weeks I called customer service to cancel my order. I spoke to Tim Steinhauer. Tim was so friendly and eager to assist. It just so happened that my jacket arrived to the shop that day and he called me back to let me know. It was shipped out immediately. I received it 2 days later & I couldnt be happier with my purchase :)
