I stayed 3 nights here and was blown away! The staff and service were outstanding! The rooms are modern and spacious. The fitness room is the best I've seen at a hotel. The breakfast was delicious. The vibe of the lobby and rec area was very inviting and relaxing! HIGH RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL!

BRAND NEW HOTEL. I stayed here due to a business trip. My boss and I stayed here this week and everything was GREAT. Beyond great. When we stepped through the front doors, we were kindly greeted by two smiling faces, Matt and Jacob. We did have a reservation, both rooms under my bosses name. Jacob went above and beyond to change the name on my room so I was welcomed by the TV. ( Welcome Rori) When we left for dinner, Jacob kindly gave us some fresh off the printer coupons for a pizza place. They were so warm and welcoming EVERY. TIME. We came through those doors. The rooms were clean and everything was in its place. Breakfast was included, of course, and it was wonderful. My boss RAVED over the automatic pancake maker, SO COOL! Its truly the hospitality that sold us on this hotel. Thanks guys, for making these out-of-towners, feel welcomed!

They are over the top on customer service. Place was exceptionally clean. Rob at breakfast area was super Overall one of the best places I have stayed Rooms: Nice with typical amenities Spacious Nearby activities: Lots of places to eat, numerous businesses nearby

If you are wondering why there are so few reviews of this hotel, it is because it is brand new. (I am writing this in February 2024.) I stayed here recently, and it honestly felt like I might have been the first person to ever stay in my room. Everything was immaculately clean, and the hotel has a very modern feel. Patrice assisted me with check in and was so friendly. The room rate was reasonable, breakfast was good, and I like that you can check in/out and unlock your room door with the Hilton Honors mobile app, if you choose. I visit Janesville several times per and have stayed in every hotel in town. I now have a new favorite, and would definitely stay here again. Rooms: The room I stayed in was slightly smaller than a standard hotel room, with a bright and modern minimalist vibe. Nice vinyl plank floors (no gross carpet!) Very large TV that can be controlled with the Hilton app. The bathroom is large with a big walk-in shower. There's a small refrigerator, but no coffee maker in the room, (I believe that free coffee is always available in the lobby.) Safety: The hotel is nestled behind a shopping center next door to another similar hotel. There is no traffic other than hotel guests coming and going, and the property felt totally safe and was well-lit.
