My father's funeral was here yesterday. The staff was professional, helpful, and empathetic, and of course communicative and easy to work with. I highly recommend this place to anyone needing assistance during a family's most difficult time.

They were amazing! Had many different options to make sure the funeral was perfect. They were able to work with the smaller budget we had and were extremely wonderful and patient working with me in every way!

Henke-Clarson have taken care of the final arrangements for both my brother, in 2005 and my dad, in 2017. I am very happy with their service and their attention to detail. In as much as a funeral home can make a the passing of a loved one easier, they did so. I recommend them.

The facility is a very nice place. The staff is not. They were unprepared and unprofessional. They set aside the first hour of a viewing for family only. I arrived with 25 minutes of that time left. I was TOLD, not asked, to sign the guest register and was told I could go in soon. Never asked me if I was family or a friend! Just assumed I was a friend! I simply walked in, past her, since it was my Uncle's funeral. They did offer cold bottles of water and a couple of sodas. It was in a mini fridge, like what you have in a hotel. When I asked if they had anymore water for some elderly relatives, she asked if I got them from the fridge. I told her I had at which point she told me there was no more. No apology, no offer to get more from a gas station or store...just...No, that's all we have. Very poor job of dealing with family and friends of the deceased. They did do a rather good job on my Uncle, which is the only reason for 2 stars. I get that it's a funeral home... but they need to realize, YOU DO WORK WITH THE LIVING AS WELL!
