Westphal put together and hung our brand new/in the box chandelier (with no instructions). They were on time, professional and did excellent work. They are my go to electrician from now on.

Easy to contact and showed up on time. You can select phone or email for your contact method. I chose email because it works better for my work schedule. I was able to get an appointment for the following week. Pretty simple install of a supplied ceiling fan and four new switches. Technician was at the house for about an hour. He was on time, clean, friendly, proficient, and communicated throughout the job. It cost about $150 for the trip charge, so I would recommend getting as much work done in one trip as you can. Their hourly rate was pretty standard and I was happy with the finished product. It's super hard to get an electrician to answer the phone these days, much less do the work. I'll be calling Westphal for future needs.

Very prompt service. They were extremely professional. Solid work and reasonable prices. Would definitely contact them again for any electrical work.

We had an issue with Spectrum and they were blaming it on our electricity. We called multiple electricians and Westphal was the only one that called back; they sent someone out right away. They advised that everything was good on our end, but there was still a lot of back and forth with Spectrum. Throughout the week, Westphal was awesome and sent out multiple electricians to check the issue after Spectrum kept saying it was the electricity, but they couldn't find anything wrong. We finally had it where both Spectrum and Westphal came at the same time and the electrician explained to them that our house is fine. In the end, Spectrum changed the cables and turned our service back on. I recommend Westphal for their fast service and professionalism! We'll be going back to them to do all our electrical work.
