        Bette Trimble (program manager) intercepted my grievance before it went to the client rights specialist (LISA) and changed details to avoid actually addressing the issues alleged. Bette then instructed the client rights specialist (Lisa) to conclude her investigation without interviewing myself or my therapist whom is my proxy due to disability. Bette is a crook in her position and is more concerned with politics than clients rights. DO NOT TRUST BETTE TRIMBLE WHAT SO EVER, SHE IS FAR FROM TRAUMA INFORMED AND WILL LIE TO AVOID VALIDATING CLIENT COMPLAINTS! Thank you Google reviews for giving me a voice and allowing me to share my experience without Bette being able to interfere and change details to fit her agenda.
