I have not lived here this is more based off the application process because the apartment looked very nice and clean. I wasted over a months time during the application to be told time after time that my move in date was moved because they needed more documentation to then be told a month later that I could not get it because I make too much with a follow up of in two months time re apply because the income limit is going to go up! I had to go as far as showing proof of me having primary placement of my children as a single mother. Paid time and time again for certified documents all for nothing. Being told it will all be worth it in the end is a real let down to know this is the outcome.

Application process was extremely stress free thanks to the management office. I applied in November and was signing my lease in December. If you are searching for a new residence and are in the area, I highly recommend Wall Street apartments.

Property management and maintenance go beyond expectations the service they provided. ABSOLUTELY Great people.
