Pleasant Valley Tennis and Fitness Club

I have never been a Member at a Gym that doesn't Clean there Equipment. There is Hair and Dirt around the base of the Machines. There are dead insects on the hardwood floor when you walk through the Doors. There is so much Dirt and huge dust balls under the Dumbell Racks. This Gym is so Filthy and Unsanitary and needs to be cleaned on a Daily basis. But the Manager won't do anything about it. We pay Monthly fees for our Membership and we deserve a clean Facility. Also the Rubber Mats in the Free weight area have Hair and Dirt on them and are never mopped or Vaccumed.

My last review was 9 months ago. I have been cleaning the Gym for Free off and on while I'm there. I recently went up into the Office and spoke to Heidi about the cleanliness of the Fitness Center. I told her there was human hair balls on the floor by the water fountain with a hairpin in it and dead insects on the floor. I asked her if she could come and look at it. She told me that she doesn't have time to look at it. I Own a cleaning business and offered to Clean the Fitness Center and she told me that she wasn't interested in cleaning the Gym. And she wasn't going to let me clean it because of my recent review. None of the Machines are ever Sanitized and numerous people are always getting sick from all the germs the are in contact with. I don't understand how a Business can have a Fitness Center and never clean it. The Cold air returns on the Ceiling are Black that is the quality of the Air we are breathing in the Gym. Who knows if and when the furnace filters were ever changed. Planet Fitness and Anytime Fitness clean there Gym Every Day. I don't understand how this Gym can get away without cleaning this Filthy Dirty Gym.

What an amazing facility! The staff is awesome. They also have electronic line calling. You can video record your matches and lessons and playback the recordings from home whenever you want. Truly an amazing place to get your game to the next level.
