By far the best gym Ive ever been to. The atmosphere is great, and the staff there are very knowledgeable and more than willing to help with any questions you may have. Chris is amazing! I recommend this gym to all my family and friends. Definitely worth checking out!

This is a long overdue review. MHF has been my home gym for a few years now. Theres something special about this place. The culture was built and is maintained by people who walk the walk and truly love bodybuilding. The equipment selection is eclectic, hand-picked, and rotated just often enough to keep things interesting. In the end, a gym is only as good as its atmosphere. MHF has all the intangible things that create top tier atmospherefor everyone. Ive been to most of the gyms that advertise themselves as bodybuilding gyms within an hour of Minneapolis. I live in NE Minneapolis, and making the trip to Hudson is an easy choice every time. The drive can get long, but I have no doubts that training here is whats best for my bodybuilding.
