I've called these jetkwads 4x to get ahold of a service representative. On hold every flipping time and nobody answers. Tells me to leave a message. It's ridiculous. I will go elsewhere

What to say about the team at Hudson Ford? Well first off I went in there with really no bargaining chip and wasn't expecting them to really do much. After talking with a sales rep narrowed down choices within budget, but was still going to be a bit high. They didn't stop looking for every option within our budget even after our deal was all but done. They were able to find the vehicle within budget, but also a vehicle with way more than I asked. When they didn't really have to. Excellent customer service all round! Customer for life

Very down to earth and easy with the purchase process. Waited a long time to get my vehicle, and Doug was great the whole way through.

Hudson ford services center, was not really helpful in my problem. Wanted them to help me activate my remote start system/app. They said they could not help do to having a aftermarket radio. Wouldn't even take the time to hookup their diagnostic device. To see if they could activate it though there. Very disappointing in the service I received.
