SLOWEST website ever to check balances/activity. Seriously takes 15 mins to load into your bank account online. Mobile faster. No reason website should be THIS slow. And its not me, I've tried on 6 different pcs/connections. Can't wait till I close my accounts. Ancient service, bad customer service, laughable interest rates.

Inconsistent service, they closed a joint savings I opened because they couldn't get in contact with the other party (NEVER bothered to contact me, the actual account owner) and didn't give any notice. Logged in and the whole account with money in it was gone. Called to find out where it went and they sent a cashiers check to a 5 year old address, not the one I've received mail to for the last 5 years. Now they're closed on Saturdays, the only time I can make it to the bank because I get done at 5 at my own job and they're only open 9 to 5. Last straw, I'll be switching.

Good bank, great people, but the worst banking app that has ever been created. Plan on having costumer service on speed dial because the bank app will leave you stranded without any access to your funds by randomly logging you out, not recognizing up to date passwords and info, then flagging your account and leaving you locked out indefinitely. I have had so much trouble over the last few years with the 'new' updated app, that I will be taking my business elsewhere.
