Avoid these guys - they aren't safe drivers and don't stand by their word. On the way out of a Packers game, our driver was driving too fast and slammed on the brakes. He claimed that someone had cut him off, but we had been in postgame stop and go traffic. It was abrupt enough that people were thrown from their seats: the people in the back were thrown to the middle and my brother, who was standing up in the front half of the bus, hit the windshield + dashboard hard, cracking the glass and the rearview mirror. We are lucky no one was injured any worse than they were. Because the driver showed concern, checked to make sure we were alright, and assured us multiple times that insurance would cover the damage to the bus, we didnt pursue the issue further at the time. Two days later, the owner charged the card on file for repair of the windshield. I called the owner to contest the charge and discuss what had happened. He asserted that insurance wouldnt cover the damage and that we were at fault because the person who hit the windshield was standing. At no point during the ride were we told that standing was not allowed, not to mention that others who sustained injuries had been seated. We also never signed any waivers of liability we only know they exist because the driver told us at the beginning of the ride that he had forgotten the forms. Now we have to go through the hassle of seeking further action, the least of which involves contesting the charge with our credit card company. Given our experience, which appears to not be an isolated incident based on some of these other reviews, I recommend you take your business elsewhere. These guys are negligent and refuse to take accountability when they themselves make mistakes.

I do not recommend this company. I contacted the company about hiring them for a Packers game. On the day of the game, we were picked up but promptly informed by the driver that he forgot the contract/waivers of liability. The driver advised us that the owner told him he had one thing to do make sure he brought the waivers. Before departing to the game, the driver informed the group that there were 3 rules. 1.) Do not go the bathroom on the bus, 2.) no smoking and 3.) respect the bus. He never mentioned anything about standing up, or for that matter any safety hazards/concerns. The company website even advertises: Bust a Move! Remember. You Cant Dance in a Limo! Leaving the Packers game, we hit the usual stop and go traffic. However, at one point our driver was going so fast that he had to abruptly slam on the brakes, which sent everyone flying. I was sent into the windshield, which as a result cracked the glass but also left me with bruising pain on my body. I genuinely believe I was very close to ending up on the road. The driver alleged he was cut off, but as mentioned in another review, was extremely apologetic, and showed real concern for the group after the abrupt stop. He assured us that insurance would cover the damage to the windshield/bus so as a group we decided not to pursue anything further for the incident. Fast forward a couple days and we received a substantial credit card charge for the damaged windshield. The owner informed us he was charging us for the damages and that we were at fault for the windshield. Furthermore, the owner has not inquired if any of us who were thrown around on the bus during the abrupt stop are ok or seriously injured. It is truly frustrating that the owner will not accept any liability for his employees actions. What was supposed to be a good time, has now turned into a major hassle of pursuing further action.
