Wolfrath's Nursery and Landscaping

Bought red delicious apple trees and a couple years down the road when they started producing apples they werent red delicious. I called them and they told me they would sell me more red delicious apple trees but at last years prices but guess what , those werent red delicious apple trees either. I feel they just dont know what they are doing and I wasted about 6 years trying to get some red delicious. What a waste of time and money!!!! Now they put a response as if they are so caring and want to help by sending me a response but when I responded multiple times I havent heard a thing not even a peep from them . Dont waste your time with them

We are very pleased with the work that was done for us yesterday. We had our shredded bark replaced with river rock around our bushes. The 3 employees who did the work were amazing! They were diligent, conscientious, and efficient. Everything was cleaned up so well, you wouldnt know they were here!

I just wanted to thank Leslie for all of her help beautifying our landscaping with the extra plants and mulch this summer! We are thrilled with the service provided over the past 3 years and LOVE how everything turned out! Our "new to us" home now feels warm and welcoming as all of the gorgeous plants, trees, and beautiful limestone edging greet you the moment you enter the driveway! We would highly recommend Wolfrath's to our friends and family for all of their landscaping needs! The company is so blessed to have a representative like Leslie!! It is evident that she loves what she does and her professionalism and ability to create a vision with her clients is outstanding. Leslie, you are nothing short of AWESOME and I've LOVED working with you!!

I have been going to Wolfwraths for yrs to buy stuff always had good interaction with staff. As a business I think you need to have a look at scott and his time management skills as its costing you business. I called about a quote back in September 2022, I didnt get the quote till 4 months later in December. I dont know anyone thats too busy to get a quote emailed. I contacted scott in the beginning of August this year 2023 to verify it was still valid and he said he will get back to me the following week and didnt hear from him for a month. I was able to call another landscape company and have them give me an estimate the same day I called and had the estimate with in 24 hrs, and it was $1900 cheaper then Wolfwraths for 8 yards of mulch. I wanted Wolfwraths to do the job as Ive been going there for yrs but due to poor time management and customer care I went with a company that actually followed through with things on a timely matter! I can just imagine the amount of jobs and income your loosing to poor time management. Good luck with your future. After seeing multiple comments about your lack of follow up to customers, not surprised to what experienced. Best of luck!!
