Had new tires installed on my Ford F 150. They were able to get me a loaner truck. Picked it up in the afternoon, and everything was great.

The service team is predatory. I had an issue with my rear window defogger. The connector was disbonded, which is a simple fix with conductive epoxy, but they insisted they could only replace the entire window for almost $800. They then said my brake pads were at 50% life, and recommended i replace the pads and both rotors. The rotors are pristine, and the pads still have a few years left because of the low miles per year put on the vehicle. Of course their quote to perform this unnecessary work was hundreds of dollars. If they tried this hard to rip me off, I can only imagine what they do to everyone else. This is what most people fear when they take their vehicle in for service. Terrible business practices. They lost a customer today.

Austin was outstanding to deal with. I had a ton of questions for him and he answered everyone of them with great knowledge and with great enthusiasm. I talked to him on a Sunday and never was annoyed. Terry was also fantastic. We had lots of laughs while getting the paperwork done. He also explained everything in a great detail, so it was also easy to understand. I wouldnt hesitate one bit to by another vehicle from them. It was a fantastic experience. The only downfall is I couldnt make a basket. lol
