Tried to contact this company multiple times. No response, no answer at all. They don't like out-of-state cabin owners here in Hayward. Unless you live here full time, give another plumber a call.

We cannot say enough bad things about Visocky and his employees. His office staff was rude and refused to even give us the professional courtesy of a callback when we waited for weeks for someone to show up on our worksite as scheduled. We fired their plumbers before they even started with the main install because they inspired ZERO confidence that they werent going to drill holes through our solid log cabin walls and soffit everything rather than doing things the right way. They wanted to just drop ceilings instead of run waste pipe and vents through totally reasonable sized floor joists and up through knee walls. Ex. 2 in pipe through 2x12 floor joists - vents out log walls instead of up through knee wall cavities. We very much got the impression that they were being lazy and wanted to do the least possible work in order to get onto the next job. This makes sense knowing there were only two install guys on staff at this point and they kept mentioning all the $4 million mansions they had to get onto. Yuck. The HVAC install guy ran a main return through our basement hall at 63 of clearance and refused to fix it - saying I as the homeowner approved it. When I asked Ray - the owner - to show me the signed change order, he became irate. The install guys clearly worked himself into a corner back to the furnace and had no option but to drop the return under the main heat trunk to get back to the furnace. Rather than fess up and fix it, I was told I approved it and its my fault I didnt tell him how to do his job properly. When we contacted Ray to discuss solutions he literally YELLED at us and called us names - we have recordings. Weve had to gut 1/3 of the duct runs because his guy rushed to finish them just so he could call it complete and bill us. Returns were installed that didnt accommodate even the most basic of assumptionslike finished floors and vent grates. We have returns directly across halls from heat vents - like two feet away. Nearly all the tape has detached from return runs, screws missing, gaps in duct runs. Flexible vent was used on main runs that bends around so many times no airflow even gets through. Absolutely, horrible work. Were glad our other contractors have been able to see for themselves how horrible the work is so the word gets out from someone other than just us. In the end, the work was done poorly and he refused to refund us for thousands of dollars of plumbing work and other HVAC items that werent completed. We considered small claims courts but were told by folks in the community that he was having a hard time lately and wed be lucky to even collect. When we tried to work with him, he yelled, deflected blame, and fell back on threatening to put liens on our property if we didnt pay for the terrible work that had been done. He literally sent invoices the same day his HVAC guy was finishing work before he was even done. Their accounting must also be as bad as their customer service and install work, because we continued to receive invoice reminders long after we paid and he signed the lien release waiver. We hope this review finds others before they make the mistake of hiring Visocky.
