I have been with this amazing company for two years. They are truly one of the best Home Health Care companies out there! They care about every caregiver and client. They will work with you if there is a problem with schedule or a clients schedule.
When I am with my clients, I build relationships with them and then I don't feel like I am working, I am helping them with their daily living needs!

We really appreciate working with Natalie Medrano and her team at ComForCare. Both our elderly parents (ages 90 and 87) need caregiving, and we were grateful to find help. My sister and I were able to talk to Natalie to understand the possible services and scheduling. We continue to work with her to monitor along the way, and discuss questions and challenges. She keeps us updated on staffing and scheduling changes. Thank you!

The most unprofessional business I have ever experienced. The owner, [Bonnie Hare] her daughter, Natalie Madrono [Director of Operations] and Nicole Lyden [HR] disregard confidentiality of client and caregiver. The entire operation from the confidentiality of caregivers, clients, and office staff to the financial competency is a joke. They trash the caregivers, and clients outright and slander the co-workers. Lie to insurance companies about time spent with client, and activities provided to make big money off of the clients insurance. Constant roller coaster of turn over in the office. Every three months they have ads on Craigslist. My first hand experience with this company as shocking. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for your caregiver needs. Your family member deserves better than ComForCare Waukesha. Your insurance money is better spent somewhere else. Finally, if you love to care for clients and know your worth, don't waste your time with these women.
