        Bridgett and Michelle were absolutely godsends! They kept me on track, taught me how to read labels/nutrition..and ultimately to put myself first. There motivation and inspiration truly helped me on my journey to be a better version of myself for not only me but my daughter, husband, and family. I am down around 36lbs and will continue to meet my goal now that I have the tools to do so!! Thank you again! I'll miss seeing you so often!
