I just purchased my first new car through Witt Auto in Green Bay. My salesman Tony Jaslowski could not have been more helpful. Tony was very upfront with everything and did his best to get me into the best position possible. If you are in the market for a car I would highly recommend coming to Witt and asking for Tony.

Commercials are just plain idiotic. I'm in the market to trade my Edge in, but never would I trust this lack of intelligence.

Only posting on Green Bay's Witt Auto since I already made a review of the Crivitz one (when I first bought my car), and I cannot change my review. I bought a 2014 Ford Escape from the Crivitz location in January of 2022, which I THOUGHT was going to be a good car. Not even a year later I had a myriad of issues - leaking coolant (after Witt auto "repaired" my issue, I still have to put coolant in my car). In April of 2023 I had to completely replace my transmission after my Ford left me on the side of the road on Interstate 41. That was a $5000 repair, so I had to take out ANOTHER loan on top of the loan I already have to pay for my car itself. Now, transmission is okay but I have other issues. The turbo boost is faulty, I have to replace the wastegate solenoid in that. The switch in my driver's seat is no longer working. My exhaust is hanging because something was not hooked up correctly. The icing on top of the dirt cake? The arm on my wiper on my back window is faulty as well, whenever I turn it on the wiper hangs by my license plate. I contact Witt auto about this issue, as they are apparently the "home of the powertrain warranty for all new and most used cars". I don't qualify because I supposedly got this car at 90,000 miles. I remember specifically getting this car at 84,000 but I guess that doesn't make a difference. They tell me to "just trade it in so they can handle the repairs". I would absolutely LOVE to trade in the lemon that was sold to me, believe me, I would. But I am locked into a 5 year loan, as well as having to pay off the loan I had to take out for my transmission because I was sold a junk car in the first place. Another point is why would I trade in my junk car, just to get another junk car from you guys? I wouldn't be locked into a 5 year loan if I wasn't fooled into overpaying for it. 2014 Ford Escape with 84,000 miles, sold to me for $21,000??? SEVERELY overpriced, way above asking price per Kelley Blue Book. I am kicking myself repeatedly for falling for this trap. To anyone reading this, I would highly reconsider if you're about to get a car from these guys - from ANY location. They're overpriced, and clearly they don't take good looks at their cars before they put them on the lot. My advice to Witt Auto? Do better inspections on your cars prior to putting them up for sale. Just because an older couple drove it before the next customer, doesn't mean there isn't anything wrong. Another thing I would advise on is to stop price gouging and actually price your cars based on what they're worth.
