        I went in to shoot and found that my bow had two split limbs. This was the day before leaving on a 3 week archery hunting trip. These guys made me a priority and got a new bow setup for me that afternoon, and helped me tune and sight it in, so that I could leave for my trip ready to hunt!

        What a joke I drop 4000 dollars on a cross bow and compound bow less than a year ago and I shot the crossbow eight times and this is what happened and I take it in there to have them take a look at it and they wont even replace the strings for free. Clearly theres something wrong with the bow but they are just gonna charge me for the strings and show me the door. They can keep their strings and any further business from me or anybody I know. Horrible customer service. Once they get your money, they dont care they lost all respect from me. Thats for sure.

      Greetings David, I am very sorry you had issues with your Mission Crossbow. From the pictures, and after hearing from our service tech with over 30 years working in the archery industry, it looks as though the crossbow was shot repeatedly with the cables outside of the cable slide. Unfortunately, like the tech said, strings and cables are not covered under the Mission/Mathews warranty. If you would like to reach out to Mathews (608-269-2728) and see if they would cover new strings, we will gladly install them free of charge.
