Jerrilyn from Fireside Realty made the process of selling my uncle's house a breeze. She always open to answering my (an my parents) never ending questions about how to sell house that was within estate. She provided me with information about potential vendors who could assist me with the emptying and cleaning of the house. She made arrangements to bring in a vendor to help with minor repairs that needed to be complete before the sale could be completed. I would highly recommend Jerrilyn for the reasons above but more importantly because kindness and compassion that she showed me and my family as we worked through the tears, the laughter, and closing out things relating to my uncle's house.
