While the work is good, the pricing is excessive. They are becoming like all the rest: charge a service fee, then an installation fee, and lastly a credit card fee. My 86 year old mother paid over $630 to replace a faucet I could find for $219 online (and similar models like Moen for $159), this after paying $600 for a garbage disposal. When I asked for the cost breakout they said there was a $65 service fee, and usually a $199 installation fee, and then $19 credit card fee, so how did the total cost go over $630 for a $200 faucet? (And a piece of the faucet fell off a couple of days after installation). We use to like using them and would recommend them for their good work and fair pricing. Sadly they are becoming like all the rest adding fees to fees on top of excessive markups for ordinary products.

Since purchasing a new home in October we have had Kummer's come out 3x. Each time they were very professional, timely, and did exactly what we needed. Prices are fair and no pressure sales. We will use them again if needed.
