I've had sewer backups every year since I purchased my home. ASAP was the first to really look into the problem and not just shrug their shoulders and tell me it was fine. This company is the best!!! They were super professional and very kind working around my two year old that was very interested in what they were doing. I called ASAP to clear a basement drain. After helping the technician get the equipment into the basement and after a few hours of work, the technician left. Now I would like to say that I was completely satisfied, but I was left with a clogged pipe and the technician put a hole in the drain pipe. I was told there was nothing he could do. WHAT??? After a visit from ASAP, my basement drain was in worse shape than it was before their visit. I was given a bill for this visit, so I called the office to speak to someone about my situation and the poor receptionist had no idea what to do. I asked her to speak with a manager and I was told "he will tell you the same thing I'm telling you". I'm told that it's very common, in the drain cleaning world, for one company to not be able to clear the clog and the homeowner has to call someone else. Well, I found out, from another drain cleaning company, that that's not true. You asked me to send you an email to resolve this issue. I sent the email on September 30th and I haven't received a response. Will there be a response or are you hoping I will just forget? Service: Drain unblocking
