The fresh seafood case and meat department are stellar! The deli needs help! I worked in deli's for years. We cannot express the quality and freshness of the cod and meat department! Brilliant of making the department on price per piece.

We purchase a beef roast dinner from there. It was an arm roast with potatoes, carrots, and celery. I cooked the meal at the specified temperature for the correct amount of time. The meat was very tough, and the carrots and potatoes definitely needed more time to cook. The meat also had no flavor. It was very bland . We won't be getting this again. very disappointing

Waited 35 min for deli order. The seating area did not have any clean seats and no forks. When I asked about the order the clerk advised they are just finishing up. In fact they had just startedd grabbing from the heat lamp after I came up. Probably the worst deli experience I have ever seen

Ordered from the meal to go, order was wrong called customer service they transfered us whatever restraunt there, he said it's not there fault its door dashes, well we ordered from the hy vee website paid for delivery, Dont you pack the bag and seal it I don't think the door dash people do.. all they do is pick up the food and drop off, but all they did was blow it off and and said it door dashes fault, so ordered of food wasted will not eat it and figure out how to get refunded and reorder from different restaurant...You lost me as a customer and you have totally bad customer service all the way around...
