This place is all about not caring and causing undue suffering. Wouldn't take my dog here.

Dr Sohn was the worst. He wouldnt see you unless you were a work comp case. You always had to see his assistant. Horrible place!!

Ive been in a lot of disabling pain for quite a few years, only getting worse with age. I finally got to see Dr. Sohn. I thought my misery might finally be resolved. I had my MRI, and attended my consultation with an assistant today. I had been on Medicare but recently got married, (literally 3 days ago). I havent even had time to legally get my info changed. As I was making an appointment to finally get some relief, Kristen came out and Bud into our conversation and said, did I hear that you just got married?, then proceeded to tell me that I could not schedule my injections until I took on my new husbands insurance. All I wanted to do was schedule the procedure. She made a lot of assumptions. When I first came in, I could immediately sense I was being judged by her on what insurance I had. No one needs to feel belittled or less than, she had no clue about my personal situation. The appointment was far enough out where any changes to insurance could have been taken care of or if we even decided to pay for it out of pocket ourselves. She made me feel looked down upon and there was no care whatsoever about my health or what I had been suffering and how it has affected my quality of life in many aspects. Its very sad that people like her can affect how people perceive the clinic and the doctors that work there. I will no longer be a patient there, and not recommend this place for care for anyone.I did receive a call from an office management and they made light of her attitude. People that work in healthcare should be empathetic and put their patients care first.
