        Was there for a recheck as initial Rx is very blurry. I am annoyed and frustrated to have had to make this appointment to begin with as the first Rx wasnt right. Waited 20 mins past scheduled time only for another person to be taken back before me. I now have rescheduled as I was there 30 mins and need to get back to work. I hope for a decent experience on the 3rd try next week but am frustrated to have wasted the last hour of my life on a very nice day where I could have been doing something active and productive with my time instead of waiting in the optical waiting area only to leave a short time later.
