        Potbelly staff was absolutely phenomenal and I will never stop going here! Im not sure who the drive-through lady was that I was service by but she absolutely made my day. Thank you!

        Tables and chairs were dirty. My wife wanted to use the womens restroom but she said that it was filthy. The food was good and the service was ok but the cleanliness brought the dining experience way down.

        Horrible service. I had a doordash pickup here and no one helped me despite all of them looking and asking each other what I was there for. Also saw a worker pickup something up off the floor WITH THEIR GLOVES ON and then went back to making a sandwich without changing the gloves that just touched the nasty floor. do better Potbelly seriously. Big ick for real thats disgusting, and very unsanitary. Makes you think how many times this has happened before.
