        I placed a pickup order at 11:27 and received an e-mail that it would be ready at 11:37. I arrived at 11:50 and it was nowhere to be seen. They hadnt even started it. Pretty inconvenient considering I planned my 30 min lunch break around this. Proceeded to wait another fifteen minutes before I was handed my food at 12:05 which is thirty minutes past the time I was told. I get that things are busy but I do believe it is unreasonable when people who went through the line got their food faster than I did when ordering ahead.

        Three dashers have come to collect my already paid food and it is not ready yet!! It was estimated to be at 6:20pm... three cars have arrived to pick up, they make them wait and in the end they leave because they are not ready? 6 minutes left until 7pm

        Front door is incredibly heavy and completely inaccessible to anyone who is physically disabled. Door dash is ready quickly. Wheelchair accessibility: Absolutely not accessible
