Our son has had recurrent strep throat for the past 4.5 months, and this is the first time Ive seen a doctor who understood my concerns. Everywhere else just wants to give me antibiotics, minimal education, and basically makes me feel Im just on the course for him to get a tonsillectomy. Dr. Hartinger was the first physician to run diagnostics on my child to put my mind at ease. I have been worried about the impact this is having on his organs, and he did not hesitate to do an EKG and lab work. Thankfully at this point in time, everything is normal. I felt more listened to and was given important information regarding what to watch for in the interim before my sons next doctors appointment with his primary and an ENT for the first time. I was treated with compassion and Dr. Hartinger and the nurses were so easy to talk to and caring. This is the only urgent care I will take my kids to as long as we live in our current location. Thank you again!

We just spent two hours at Bellin Kid Care and it was the best experience that we have ever had at an Urgent Care setting. My son is a teenager and not necessarily a "kid", but we had amazing treatment. I have nothing but positive things to say about the visit. Thank you for the top notch treatment!!
