I would not recommend Dr Schmidt to anyone.
I went in to have two skin tags removed. In my initial consultation, Dr. Schmidt was in there for less than a minute to look at the skin tags. During the appointment to remove them, everything seemed to go well until I went home and realized they cut off something else! One skin tag was removed and then they also cut off a random mole that the doctor thought it was worrisome and lied about bringing it to my attention during the initial visit. I was also charged over $3000 to have skin rages removed.
I had to go back in to have the correct skin tag removed. After the appointment to get the correct skin tag taken off, I received a bill for a quarter of what they were charging me for the original removals. They labeled as something less complex in the billing system even though it was the same procedure, which showed they are overcharging patients. I fought the bill as they were trying to have me pay for the mole that was taken without permission plus the originally taken off one. I eventually had to go to the quality department after months of back and forth and Dr Schmidt lied to them about discussing the mole with me and they took his side. Luckily they changed their coding for bills so I ended up paying an actual reasonable amount, but this place is a SCAM!
I would recommend looking into your bills if you already had a service done here because it is more than likely that they over charged you for it.

Janelle is great. Ive had two appointments with her so far and both times the results were perfect. Id never had anything done before I went to her, and she answered all my questions & made me feel very comfortable, which I appreciated a lot.
Edit: I've heard so many horror stories of bad injectors pushing too much facial filler for a patient's goals because they are more concerned with profit-- will NOT happen here. It's hard for us to judge our own faces, so it's crucial for your goals to come first to the provider. They are great about that here.

Dr. seemed a bit arrogant and a little standoffish. I kind of felt like I was wasting her time.
