I was gifted a certificate from Groupon to go to her and was so excited because I heard good things. When I first tried to make an appointment I called her and left a massage on the Facebook she linked to her business. I never got a call back or any message back at all. I finally seen something somewhere seeing she was out of the country for a month, but she still should have responded to my call when she came back. It said good till a certain date. I went to use it again before the end of the expiration date listed. Her website said that she would no longer honor it saying Groupon would contact the buyer about it. No one contacted by gifter regarding this so I'm sure they didn't approach anyone else. I wrote her and she said she quit the campaign and 'she wouldn't get paid' now that she quit it and complained Groupon would only give her half. Except that I knew someone who used to honor Groupon certificates and even after he ended his campaign he got paid for the certificates he sold. So she is complaining about getting half the money, when she signed up for it, and is okay with people getting ripped off because she committed and took it back and trying to act the victim for an agreement she signed up for. If she didn't like accepting half what a buy pays she could have not done it. She made a commitment and she did not have the integrity to honor it. If Groupon doesn't refund the buyer she is the reason that my gifter is out $45 the value of the certificate. Groupon wouldn't even talk to me about it because I'm not the buyer. Maybe she does a good massage, I don't know. Did she never intend on calling me back on the first call because I mentioned Groupon in hopes I'd give up and she wouldn't have to honor the deal? How many people gave a big business Groupon their money trusting this small massage therapist and now won't get their massage? Groupon honored their side of the contract, so now because someone had a bad experience because of this dishonest move they will blame Groupon and not use them again. That hurts Groupon and everyone else trying to sell certificates. This hurts so many people. Do you want to do business with someone who is okay with who knows how many people getting ripped off because she does not have the integrity to honor what she literally signed up for?

Wendy is amazing. I am a regular client of hers. The moment you walk in you feel positive and calming energy. She is both physically and spiritually healing.
