        We spoke to the owner of Superior transport and we have worked with him to resolve this small issue. He was super helpful and is currently resolving this issue. we would highly recommend working with Superior Transport and that 1 unresponsive Employee should not speak on behalf of their entire company. Thank you Mike for helping us fix this issue and we are looking forward to recommending everyone to work with you guys.

        ATTENTION ALL CARRIERS STAY AWAY FROM SUPERIOR TRANSPORT . WE DELIVERED OVER 10 LOADS FOR THEM 6 MONTHS AGO ALL WITH CLEAN PODS AND THEY HAVE NOT PAID US. FREIGHT BROKER IS TELLING US HE NEEDS PROOF OF FUEL RECIEPTS TO PAY US EVENTHOUGH NO ONE BESIDES US HAS CONTACTED THEM FOR PAYMENT FOR OVER 6 MONTHS NOW. WE HAVE HANDED THIS TO COLLECTION AGENCY BAXTER AND BAILEY TO COLLECT THIS . ALL OF THEIR PODS HAVE THEIR COMPANY INFO AND THEY ARE CLAIMING WE DOUBLE BROKERED THEIR SHIPMENTS BUT ITS BEEN 6 MONTHS WE ARE THE ONLY ONES CONTACTING THEM FOR PAYMENT . DONT YOU THINK IF THESE WERE GIVEN TO OTHER CARRIERS AND 6 MONTHS HAS PASSED THAT THOSE CARRIERS HAVE NOT BEEN PAID THEY WOULD JUST LOOK AT THE PODS ALL OF THEM SAY SUPERIOR TRANSPORT GROUP WITH THEIR PHONE NUMBER AND PO NUMBERS . ITS THESE TYPES OF BROKERS THAT COLLECT FROM THEIR CUSTOMERS AND NOT PAY CARRIER FOR HAULING ALL OF THESE. WE HAD ALOT OF TRUCKS THAT WERE LEASED ON TO US AT THE TIME OF THESE SHIPMENTS ALL OF THEM STATING LEASED ON TO GREEN MISSION TRUCKING ON THE SIDE BUT THEY ARE STILL REFUSING TO PAY. WE ARE STARTING TO GO AFTER THEIR CUSTOMER AS WELL WE ARE IN CONTACT WITH THEM. WHEN THE TRUCKS WERE LEASED ON TO ME AT THAT TIME I CANT FORCE THE OWNERS TO SEND ME FUEL RECIEPTS . YOU SAYING BY LAW I HAVE TO KEEP RECIEPTS IS NONE SENSE. ANYWAYS THIS WILL BE PASSED TO BAXTER AND BAILEY THEN WE WILL FILE CIVIL LAWSUIT FOR THE REMAINING 20 PERCENT BAXTER IS GOING TO KEEP FROM US . I WILL SELL EVERYTHING I OWN TO MAKE SURE I SUE YOU IF I HAVE TO TO COLLECT OUR MONEY..       Superior Transport has been in business for 21 years. We have grown over the years by providing excellent service to our customers and treating our vendors with the upmost respect, to include paying quickly, except when contract violations occur. We have been very fair with this vendor, though there is evidence of impropriety for which we politely asked for additional information to clear up the confusion. The information requested is information the vendor is required by law to keep. We will continue to treat this vendor will all the respect through to a mutually accepted conclusion.
