    The manager screwed up our account and now we cant fix it and we are stuck with T-Mobile. They need to fire her and close the store. Oh wait but she still the store manager wow!!

    I went in to ask about service and plans, about 2 weeks later I get a bill in the mail for my new phone service?? One of the reps signed me, and never told me. I have no phone, a random number that I dont know, and Im getting billed! I called and they said they cannot cancel the service!

    Worst customer service ever in my life. Experience sequence is listed below. 1. Took a WiFi internet connection from store (2348 E Mason St, Green Bay, WI 54302). During the signup, I was told that by the representative, I will be getting 100-200 Mbps speed. And, I will be refunded the $35 activation fees if I cancel the connection within 14 days of activation. 2. After installing the device, I just got 20-25 Mbps speed and decided to cancel the connection. 3. Returned the device in the same store within 10 days of activation and asked for refunding the activation fees. I was told that, yes, the activation fees will refunded, however, I need to call the customer service to cancel the connection and getting the refund. 4. Called customer care. After a long talk, canceled the connection and asked for activation fees refund. I was told that, yes, I will get the refund. However, they can only put this refund as a credit to my account. I asked, what I will do with this credit as I don't have any T-mobile service at this point. Then the representative advised me to go to the store again to get the refund in my credit card. 5. Revisited store once again. Now this time they are saying they don't have any option to process a refund. I need to contact customer care. On top of that, the store manager told me that they don't refund activation fees. Now I got a completely new information here which was completely opposite than what I learned from store and customer service before. 6. Again contacted the customer service. The representative told me to go to store as this amount is paid in store. Bottom line is, every time I talked to a representative in store or customer service, I got dissimilar/contradictory information. I think, I got the most misinformation from the first representative in the store who helped me to get the connection. I rest my case here and accepted, I lost $35. No more refund, no more time loss, no more hassle, no more T-mobile ever.
