        Little do people know they manage an apartment complex in Hobart called Centennial Estates. We rented from them for about a a year and a half. Management and maintenance were wonderful, one of the few places I rented at where I can say that. Things were kept up to date, management stayed in contact with you. Parking lots were plowed and salted right away. Neighbors were 50% wonderful but hey you dont have to be friends with them. Apartments face a pond and you get a beautiful sunset each night. Would recommend to others!

        Mark was great through the initial stages of designing and pricing. We built a Stratford home through Perret. Tony was amazing to work with. He handled the home once construction started. He was proactive and handled all issues and questions we had.
