Was supposed to get flowers delivered on Monday for my birthday, finally Saturday someone came to deliver them but, we were outside so didnt hear the door. They left a door tag not the flowers. I called them and they said I would have to pay $10 for a re-delivery fee or come pick them up myself. Im sorry this is complete b/s your a delivery service, this was a gift!! Why in the world would you not leave them at the door! Absolutely disgusted with this company, very poor service and the people I talked on the phone were not informative and or professional in the least. I would have been better off with gas station flowers

No actual work with them but after the incounter I had with one of their vans tailgating me on the highway I will not order flowers from them. I was passing a slower car and was admittedly speeding myself by about 7 miles and their minivan was so close I could not see their headlights in my rearview mirror. They were also swerving all over their lane. Ridiculous behavior. Hire some people who can drive better.
