        The pros: Customer service was great the young lady was very friendly. They made delivery on Valentines Day in timely manner. The Cons: I spent $211.00 on a bouquet of flowers with the emphasis on Star Gazer Lily's and Roses with baby's breath. What was delivered was a severely emaciated bouquet of flowers with a few lily's, a few roses, and a couple other rubbish looking flowers. It's the day after and some of it is already wilting. Honestly I would never spend money there again. Would have gotten 1 star if the young lady working wasn't so friendly.

        My husband paid for delivery service. I went to pick up the kids from school and when i came home there was a note in the garage door opener (easy to miss) notifying to call for pick up, although my husband paid for delivery. They informed they cannot come back to the house. I informed I cannot come pick up the flowers. I asked them why they weren't prepared to leave them at the house. The woman asked "prepared for what, how am i supposed to know if you are home or not?" Many flower companies are prepared to leave flowers at the door if the recipient is not immediately available. I advised she give a refund, and she said she could not. BE CAUTIOUS BEFORE ORDERING to clarify what the expectations are if the recipient is not home at time of delivery. 2/15 - Update that we were later able to get a refund.

      Haeley, it is Valentine's Day and we are very busy. We did not want to leave the flowers in case you were not going to be home for hours. It was a wrapped bouquet that was ordered and they did not have a water source. We want them to be fresh and of the best quality flowers. I only asked if you would be able to pick up as we have many other deliveries we are trying to get out because once again it is Valentine's Day. We would have been happy to redeliver however I was not given a chance to say that because you were to busy yelling. We have had many many happy and understanding customers this Valentine's Day. I spoke with your husband Steve and he was very understanding of the situation, thankfully. We appreciate him and his business and everything has been worked out with him.
