Chrome Dental

DO NOT GO HERE. The place is old and unclean. They had an old couch in the lobby that I'm sure you could never sanitize. The dental hygienist barely cleaned my teeth and didn't even floss. What hygienist doesn't floss? I was then billed for flouride when I never even received it. I had to file an appeal with my insurance, so that they would correct my bill. I wasn't given a toothbrush or toothpaste after my visit. What dental office doesn't give that? It was an overall horrible experience. There are so much better dental practices in the area.

Traveling 2 hours to the city to see the only medicaid dentist I could find who's taking patients, I was prepared for a somewhat unpleasant experience, to be truthful. It was a comforting surprise to be met by a clean , well-decorated facility, in a modern, professional building full of smiling, friendly faces. Each staff member treated me with kindness and respect and were knowledgeable and helpful. The dentist, in spite of appearing to be quite young, knew his stuff. He was confident but warm and explained my treatment to me in positive yet realistic way. The technology is up to date as well as the education of the staff.

I hope the office/Dr is better than their phone system. I WAS a potential new client, but based on the phone system, thats not happening. I called twice, it said no one was available, offered for me to select another extension or to leave a message. I tried leaving a message both calls. Both times the voice mail was full and both times the system hung up on me Not a good way to deal with patients !!!! Dont bother with a bogus response, simply treat your patients and more importantly your potential new patients better !!!!

Very clean and professional office with friendly staff. Dr. El is kind and knowledgeable and took time to answer all my questions. The dental assistants know their stuff and really care about making your visit a good experience. My first ever 100% pain free cleaning. It's so important to make quality dental care available to all people regardless of income. I'm grateful Chrome accepts state insurance. My new favorite dentist!
