        This guy stole 5 thousand from me years back, he took a deposit that I agreed to but the DA never pressed charges, he spent 20 minutes in the court room and wouldnt refund any of my money. Complete trash attorney.

        Outside of running his own law firm, Attorney Shane Brabazon assists the overworked public defender's office in Brown County. I personally was one of the lucky ones to obtain his assistance with fighting the criminal charges against me. Even though he was only receiving a public defender's wage, he still worked just as hard on my case as he would his typical rate. He's a very kind and professional man who guided me through it all and not only listened to me, but explained things in a way I could understand. I highly recommend hiring him whether it's for yourself, a friend or a loved one who needs an excellent criminal lawyer.

      When we agree to represent individuals accused of a crime but not yet charged, our goal is to prevent them from being charged with a crime. As we explain at our first meeting, once charged, the costs increase…not just attorney fees, but the cost of missed work, the cost of being under court supervision, the emotional cost of the daily stress and worrying about your future. We make no apologies for being successful. I’m sure there are thousands of people who have been wrongfully charged who would tell you they would pay much more to avoid ever being charged Our fees are clearly expressed in our written fee agreements. The fact we are able to prevent a person from being charged is not grounds to complain, it’s what we are paid to do. We welcome anyone under investigation for a crime to contact us BEFORE you talk to anyone else. I can assure you, avoiding criminal charges is priceless
