Do not use their sub-contractors. They sent a plumber; He screwed everything up. Installed the sink incorrectly, did not hook up water correctly, sloppy calk everywhere. Also sink traps were off center. Then they sent him back to screw it up even worse. THE most incompetent person I have ever had to deal with. We had to pay big time to fix it. Now we have mor problems, Oh Boy. Totally incompetent.

We had a kitchen remodel project that went great. They didn't make a huge mess and cleaned up after themselves. The countertops are BEAUTIFUL and much cheaper than other quotes we got considering the install cost. Would have them again for our bathroom. :)

I bought a Feather River door from Home Depot about a month ago. Very beautiful and very expensive entry door. My brother and I installed the door ourselves. My brother built homes locally for over 15 years in case the quality of work comes into speculation. After the door was installed we attempted adjusting the threshold to create a good seal only to find 2 of the 4 screws were seized. So our brand new 500+ dollar door lets cold air leak through. At first it seemed like Home Depot had my back and even contacted Feather River for me to get me a new adjuster. Which is great but my brother and I dont know how to install the new adjuster and Home Depot said they have a tutorial for me, but it seems like sending an email would take too much of their time. 2 stars for making an attempt to provide help but not following through. My brother and father in law both wanted the same door until this happened. (Update Feather River sent us a new thresh hold and installed myself).
