10/10 experience, Cyber Works is incredible! I took in a computer for diagnostics when it would randomly freeze, and they were very thorough and checked every possible avenue. When it turned out to be a motherboard issue and I needed a new computer, I worked with them on building a custom machine to fit my needs. The build quality is fantastic, and every person I worked with was professional, answered any questions I had, and I was NEVER spoken down to, which I've had happen at other places and know is a concern for many women in the computer and tech space. As long as I'm in the area, Cyber Works will continue to have my business!

I took my wife's 3 year old Lenovo all-in-one to be repaired. It was slower than molasses. On the same day, they identified two sources of the problem, a malfunctioning hard drive and limited RAM. Within a couple of days they had the computer repaired and updated. It worked like new. I was very satisfied with their service and pricing. Wouldn't hesitate to return when I have other computer needs.

Stellar service, pricing and knowledge. My son got a new PC for Christmas that was damaged. Not only did Cyber Works diaginos the problem, but they repaired it, replaced the part and installed it the SAME day! I was expecting it to run over the holiday weekend, and my son was able to his enjoy his Christmas present over the New Year's weekend, all because the staff and work ethic was grand. Pricing was reasonable and couldn't be happier that all procedures were well advised, educated on updated materials and didn't over sell equipment we didn't need. Thank you Mikey at Cyber Works and the entire team. Our family is forever great full for your great professionalism.

I am SO happy with Cyber Works! I brought my laptop in on the 15th to get the fans replaced because the thing rattled like an old truck idling. I was going to be gone for 2 weeks, so I told them that they could take their time fixing it.
When I came home on the 28th, I picked up my laptop. And WOW, what a difference! Not only does it not rattle like an old truck anymore, it doesn't even get hot like it used to. The guy said they also replaced the heat sink, apparently, and "Fixed a few fried bits."
The "Fried bits" must've been my laptop's wifi because my laptop hasn't had working wifi for a LONG time. And they FIXED it. And the price was more than reasonable! I am so very, very happy with what they did. The machine's quiet now, it doesn't heat up, and the internal wifi works again.
