Went to look at vehicle here. Had an appt set up days prior, when we got there said sales person #1 worked with us for 15m-20m before passing us off to someone else. Worked with sales guy #2 for 45m before we were passed off back to sales #1. Both sales people weren't very personable, they weren't honest or transparent about the vehicle we were looking at. Towards the end we asked if we could take the paperwork with the numbers so we could shop around and the told us absolutely not. I wouldn't recommend this place at all, we went to Vans Honda and had an amazing experience with someone who wanted to actually sell.

I bought a Kia Niro from them at the end of June. The process was great, and I was very happy to purchase a certified vehicle with 27k miles left on the warranty. However, when the check engine light came on this week, I was told by the woman who answered the phone at the service center that they are booked out too far to even look at that. I said the car is still under warranty. The girl told me it didn't matter and said I should take it elsewhere to get a diagnosis and then call back if it's serious. Had I known that they were too busy to stand behind behind the warranty, I would have looked elsewhere. Very disappointing. Update: After this review, my sales guy reached out and made an appointment for me. Turned out there was a problem. The service lady tried to tell me it wasn't covered under my warranty at first and charged me $198 for the diagnosis. I said it's a certified vehicle that I've had for 2 months and haven't even put enough miles on for my first oil change. She said fine she'd call them back, but it wasn't going to change it. Turned out they looked at my mileage wrong, and it was indeed covered. They ordered the part and completed the work today, so I added 2 more stars. Still be cautious and pay attention because the service lady initially did try to charge me $416 total for the repair, which ended up actually costing me $52 for my deductible.
