        Our insurance went up 35%. I called as soon as we received our renewal and asked them to see if there was something less expensive. Three weeks later - still no response. We have moved on to another agency.

        Always have had a good experience with Pagel & Associates. I have had insurance with them since 2005. I had my first claim, hit a deer, they helped me file my claim and the overall experience was great. The Travelers claims rep set me up with my rental car and towed my vehicle to a repair shop. Pagel & Associates, Travelers, and the repair shop remained in contact throughout the process, providing me with updates along the way. Very pleased, highly recommend Pagel & Associates for auto and home insurance.

        3 weeks ago I dropped off copy of my current insurance for a quote. Are 2 calls to see if they had quote ready. Kept saying working on it. Sorry when with another company. Very poor service!
