Great service and very friendly people that will get you setup with hearing aids, if you need them. Heard another customer comment how great it was there, compared to some other place she had been.

Writing this after hearing about my elderly parents experience recently.  They live in a nursing facility and rely on the facility for rides.  My father got mixed up with the time and arrived an hour late.  The receptionist informed him about his tardiness and informed him the audiologist couldn't see him for an hour.  My father's ride couldn't accommodate them so my father asked for another appointment.  The receptionist told him he could come back in a week at 3:00, not 3:15 or anytime he felt like it.WTH?  How about a little kindness and compassion, or just a tiny bit of kindness?  My parents are 95, at the whim of the rides they can get and made an honest mistake with the time.  None of their family was available to help as we are all out of state.Not cool Dan
