1505 Apartments

I love, love, love 1505. We were hesitant to move here for awhile because of how expensive it is, but it was the best decision we have made in quite some time. It's walking distance from my work in downtown Grafton, and so close to all these other cute little boutiques and coffee shops. Fiddleheads is in the building right next to ours! The unit itself is sleek, modern, beautiful, and guests are stunned by it. Most of all, everything works. I never have to worry about anything breaking and on the extremely rare occasion something does, 24 hour emergency maintenance is there to fix it. Lisa the property manager is great, she is so helpful and responsive when we have questions about anything. Overall: You get what you pay for. 1505 was at the uppermost end of our budget, and I had to do some convincing to get my partner to even consider it lol. Now he's in love with it just as much as I am, and we are so happy we moved here!

I've been here 3 1/2 years and I rarely hear my neighbors from inside my apartment. Occasionally, I hear one or two steps from upstairs. I did have a dog for a short time and they provide bags and cans for the waste outside. Very convenient! There are a couple of carts and an elevator, so grocery day is easy. No need to carry everything up stairs. Everything has been fixed quickly. And if the repair has to be more involved, they just put in a new appliance. Water is not hard. Easy place to keep clean. The washer, dryer, and dishwasher are all quiet enough that it doesn't disturb normal conversation or watching TV. The heated garage is great in winter. I like very much being able to be out of the weather. Even in the summer, having a cool car to get into is nice. The food trucks that come to the parking lot are very convenient. I've walked downtown for dinner several times. Even just taking a walk for exercise is nice. Lots of residential sidewalks for walking.

I have lived here for about a year and have renewed for an additional year. I have nothing but nice things to say about 1505 Apartments and the staff here. A special shout out to Lisa, the property manager, for handling all resident concerns in a timely and graceful manner. Thank you to Patrice for ensuring cleanliness in all common areas, and to Jim for ensuring maintenance issues are handled properly. To anyone looking to live in downtown Grafton, this is the place to be!

The apartment complex is wonderful. Very close to many different places and everyone is kind.
