Great customer service. Our CenturyLink connection went down, soonest CenturyLink could send a technician was over a week out for troubleshooting and repair. I called up Nextgen after hours and they had us up and connected the next morning. In addition, cost is $10 cheaper a month compared to CenturyLink. Keep it local and you get quick and fast support.

The service tech Troy is a pretty great guy. Jill at the front desk is a cantankerous beast to deal with. Couldnt even understand I was going to take care of the bill. After arguing with her for a couple minutes I told her to eat it. I do not care what your problem is. Your buisness exists because of customer demand. I am not one bit surprised this company doesnt have a single review above 1 star.
